4.8 km today. Now I am off to take the hottest bath in history - if I can make it up the stairs that is!
As my children say, "It is harder that it looks". Hats off to all my runner friends out there!

    You can come run the Twilight Run (6 km around Westwood Lake) with me on Friday night!!? :) Registration is $30, it's a fundraiser for the Edgewood facility (addictions).
